We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team and support the smooth functioning of our daily operations. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a productive and efficient work environment thus:
- Handling incoming calls and other communications
- Cold calls and emails
- Managing filing system, maintaining documents, and recording information as needed
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas
- Coordinating events as necessary
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
- Running corporate errands
Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and coordinating administrative tasks. You will also assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and providing general administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Salary Range: GH¢800.00 – GH¢1,000.00
